Job summary

NDA is seeking a Recruiter with Spanish fluency to join a fast-growing fintech expanding into Latin America. You will lead high-volume hiring for Sales, Retention and Customer Support across LatAm, sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards and referrals while managing the ATS and driving data-driven decisions.

Remote work is available with optional onsite in Limassol; you will collaborate with an international team across time zones to fill roles efficiently and deliver a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search and direct outreach.
• Experience with an ATS and a data-driven approach to hiring funnel.
• Comfortable working remotely in international teams across time zones or office in Limassol.

We are looking for a Recruiter with Spanish (Portuguese is a big plus) to join a fast-growing international fintech company that is expanding into Latin America. Most of the hiring is for Sales, Retention and Customer Support roles.

• Run full-cycle recruitment, from intake to signed offer and onboarding handover
• Lead high-volume hiring for Sales, Retention and Customer Support teams (mainly LatAm)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals and talent pools
• Screen candidates, run structured interviews and assess test tasks
• Work closely with hiring managers on role profiles, scorecards and hiring plans
• Work with agencies, BPO partners and outstaff providers
• Keep the ATS up to date and track hiring metrics
• Improve recruitment processes, templates and candidate experience

• Spanish - fluent / native (required)
• English B2+
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, direct outreach)
• Experience with an ATS and a data-driven approach to the hiring funnel
• Comfortable working remotely in an international team across time zones or office work (Limassol) is also an option
