Job summary

Evotym — специализированное агентство по подбору кадров, связывающее таланты финтех с инновационными компаниями по Европе. Мы помогаем быстрорастущим стартапам формировать команды и масштабироваться.

Вакансия предполагает работу с источниками, построение пайплайна и тесное взаимодействие с командой рекрутинга. Требуется опыт подбора 3–4 года, умение работать на русском и английском языках, а также внимание к деталям и ориентация на данные.

Qualifications

• 3–4 года опыта поиска/рекрутинга.
• Опыт работы с инструментами подбора LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring или аналог.
• Сильные навыки письменной и устной речи на русском и английском.
• Проактивный, ориентированный на данные подход к sourcing.
• Исследовательский склад ума, настойчивость, коммуникабельность и умение работать в команде.
• Будет плюсом: ATS Teamtailor, Lever, Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Проактивно находить и устанавливать контакт с кандидатами для технических, продуктовых и бизнес-ролей в финтехе.
• Использовать LinkedIn, доски вакансий и Boolean-поиск для идентификации кандидатов.
• Вести pipeline квалифицированных кандидатов на текущие и будущие потребности.
• Работать с рекрутерами и менеджерами по найму, чтобы понять требования к ролям и профили кандидатов.
• Проводить ранний контакт и скрининг, оценивать интерес и соответствие кандидатов.
• Держать ATS и трекеры в актуальном состоянии.
• Мониторить рынок финтех и стратегии конкурентов в области найма.

Evotym is a specialized recruitment agency that connects fintech talent with innovative companies across Europe. It works with fast-growing startups and scaling businesses to help them build teams.

Задачи:

• Proactively source and engage candidates for technical, product, and business roles in fintech
• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search to identify potential candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified talent for current and future hiring needs
• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidates’ interest, motivation, and fit
• Keep the ATS and sourcing trackers up to date with accurate candidate information
• Monitor fintech market trends and competitors’ talent strategies

Требования:

• At least 3–4 years of sourcing or recruitment experience
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to sourcing
• Research mindset, persistence, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple roles, and a collaborative, positive attitude with a growth mindset
• Passion for fintech and curiosity about new roles and technologies
