• 3+ года опыта under recruitment, включая найм для не технических позиций.
• Умение source-ить кандидатов разными методами, каналами и инструментами найма.
• Знание современных практик отбора: структурированное интервью,Competency-based assessment, scorecards и аналитика.
• Развитые аналитические навыки и способность критически мыслить.
• Самостоятельность, владение процессами от вакансии до предложения, умение выстраивать отношения с менеджерами.
• Владение английским и русским на профессиональном уровне; продвинутый англ. уровень C1.

Responsibilities

• Осуществлять полный цикл найма: briefing с менеджерами и предложение кандидату.
• Рекрутинг в разных бизнес-функциях: коммерция, операции, комплаенс, финансы и др.
• Разрабатывать стратегии поиска, исследовать рынки талантов и целевые компании.
• Проводить интервью, оценивать кандидатов по критериям и давать рекомендации менеджерам.
• Партнерство с менеджерами по найму, выравнивание требований и поиск решений.
• Отслеживать показатели найма и анализировать воронку, улучшать процессы.
• Использовать AI-инструменты и автоматизацию для повышения эффективности без потери качества.

Cryptopay is an international fintech company developing B2B payment solutions. It operates across different business areas and hires for a wide range of positions.

Задачи:

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from briefing with hiring managers to offer acceptance
• Recruit across business functions, primarily for non-technical roles in Commercial, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Management, and other areas
• Develop sourcing strategies, research talent markets, identify relevant target companies, and proactively source candidates
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates against defined criteria, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align expectations, identify challenges, and propose solutions
• Track recruitment performance, analyse hiring funnels, and identify opportunities to improve processes
• Use AI tools and automation to make recruitment more efficient without compromising quality

Требования:

• 3+ Years of recruitment experience, including hands-on experience hiring for non-technical roles
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence using different search methods, channels, and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of modern recruitment best practices, including structured interviewing, competency-based assessment, scorecards, and recruitment analytics
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, challenge assumptions, and make well-reasoned decisions
• Independence and ownership, with the ability to manage vacancies end-to-end and build effective relationships with hiring managers
• Strong organisational skills, responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly
• Practical experience using AI tools in recruitment and an interest in automation and process improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian; advanced English (C1) is required
• Будет плюсом: recruitment experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or other financial services, understanding of B2B payments, crypto processing or regulated financial products, experience working in a product company, experience hiring for senior management and C-level positions, experience introducing recruitment process improvements, including AI-powered tools and automation
