Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Servi ces in Glen Rock, NJ seeks an IT Project Coordinator to provide admin and operational support to the PMO and IT leadership in a fast-paced environment. The role coordinates project activities, maintains documentation, and supports procurement, budgeting, and reporting while working with cross-functional teams.

The position offers a defined path toward IT project management, with opportunities to manage small initiatives and collaborate with VP of IT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related office administration.
• Experience supporting an IT organization, PMO, or technology projects.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track project trackers, templates, and PMO records.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings and vendor engagements; capture minutes and follow ups.
• Assist with budget tracking, procurement processes, and invoices.
• Support onboarding/offboarding for project resources and knowledge transfer.
