GSA is seeking a Process Analyst to act as an IT technical advisor, identifying opportunities for improved business processes and designing solutions. The role spans multiple city locations, requiring strong documentation, metrics, and collaboration with stakeholders across agencies.

Your work will focus on optimizing IT workflows, procurement, asset management, and process governance while ensuring alignment with fiscal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Specialized IT process analysis experience demonstrated in prior roles.
• Ability to document analyses with flowcharts, narratives, datasets and presentations.
• Experience applying federal rules and contract regulations in process design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analyses of IT processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Analyze procurement and asset management to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Document processes and prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
• Define metrics and determine team size and roles for projects.
• Provide guidance on research findings to influence product or service development.
