Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Business Process Analyst Associate to transform technology into opportunity and improve how agencies operate. You’ll analyze business needs, consolidate data from multiple sources, and deliver concise executive summaries for leadership.

The role requires Excel proficiency, experience with Power BI/Power Automate/Tableau, and the ability to work onsite in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

Technical training or BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Excel by mapping separate data sets to provide final output.
Analytical and quantitative skills: working with large data sets to provide actionable insights.
Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau and/or applications used in data analytics.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze business needs/gaps, gathering requirements, defining scope/objectives, and removing duplicates.
Onboard new employees by reviewing packets and documents.
Link large data sets from multiple sources for reporting and presentations.
Provide management brief outs: analysis reports and executive summaries.
Develop or optimize data gathering and storage processes for future projects.
