Qualifications

• Specialized IT experience demonstrating attention to detail, customer service, decision making, information management, interpersonal skills, oral communication, problem solving, teamwork and technical competence.
• Experience analyzing IT processes, documenting analyses with flowcharts, narratives, datasets or presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities in IT business processes using qualitative and/or quantitative data.
