Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to support operational modernization, workflow improvement, and process coordination that advance enterprise operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will analyze, document, and coordinate business processes while supporting practical improvements to workflows. Hybrid location with Federal Services focus.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Application deadline is 18 September 2026.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Three years of experience in business analysis or related functions.
Experience documenting processes and SOPs.
Gather requirements and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience in government or large enterprise environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Gather, document, and validate requirements through stakeholder engagement.
Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
Support modernization initiatives and assess current-state processes.
Coordinate cross-functional process improvement efforts among stakeholders.
Monitor implementation of enhancements and support change management.
Conduct research and data analysis to support decisions.
Prepare reports and recommendations for management on performance.
Facilitate communication to ensure objectives are understood and documented.
Support enterprise initiatives to improve service delivery and efficiency.
