Job summary

CDS Office Technologies is seeking an energetic Account Executive to grow our Managed IT, Hosted VoIP, and Print Solutions offerings in southern Illinois. This outside sales role emphasizes prospecting, pipeline discipline, and building lasting customer relationships.

You will work across business sizes, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with technical colleagues to design and present tailored solutions while driving recurring revenue and territory expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B IT/Print solutions sales.
• Knowledge of MSP or managed IT products is preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage a territory in southern Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily via phone, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with business decision-makers.
• Maintain 15–25 active opportunities in your pipeline.
• Identify opportunities across Managed IT, Hosted VoIP, and Print solutions.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to design and present solutions.
• Manage activity and progress within CRM.
• Build long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue growth.
