FORTÉ, a 100% employee-owned company, designs and delivers systems powering smarter workplaces. We are seeking a Senior IT Operations Leader to guide the IT Operations team, oversee infrastructure uptime, and drive reliable service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage changes, incident response, and collaborate with Information Security, translating complex tech concepts into business-friendly solutions while balancing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Microsoft and Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Azure AD Sync, networking, infrastructure, and storage technologies.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly solutions and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT Operations team, including project execution, employee performance, and resource management.
• Oversee IT infrastructure operations, monitoring, patching, backups, and system availability
• Manage change and incident management processes to ensure service reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Information Security to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with security standards.
• Lead technology projects, coordinate vendor relationships, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
