Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a Manager, IT Operations to oversee technology infrastructure and outsourced IT support across our nationwide locations. You will ensure reliable networks, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 while guiding security and efficiency initiatives.

You will partner with the CIO and business teams to plan technology improvements, manage vendors, and drive incident resolution. This remote role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and a focus on value and cost

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience in operations, infrastructure and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, Microsoft 365, identity management and IT service delivery.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and third‑party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infrastructure and telecommunications across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems with third‑party providers.
• Identify risks and drive improvements to strengthen reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with project teams and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, SaaS admins, security providers, and technology consultants.
• Establish service expectations, monitor performance, and ensure timely, effective support.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality, recurring issues, and improvements.
