Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. This remote role demands a leader who can keep services reliable and secure while driving improvements across locations.

You will supervise networks, cloud systems, Microsoft 365, identity management, and IT management platforms, partnering with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with operations, infrastructure and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.
• Strong incident management and service delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee networks, Wi-Fi, servers, cloud, and telecom across locations.
• Manage MS 365, identity management, collaboration tools with vendors.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives and improve reliability and scalability.
• Monitor vendor performance and hold providers accountable.
• Advise CIO on planning, costs and efficiency.
