Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, IT Operations to lead our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. The role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable IT across multiple locations while shaping technology improvements to support growth.

You will oversee networks, cloud, Microsoft 365, identity management, and vendor relationships, drive incident management, and partner with the CIO on cost efficiency and strategic investments.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience in operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and MSPs.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong incident management and service delivery capability.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-team initiatives.
• Experience with multi-location distribution or retail environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee performance and availability of networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications across all locations.
• Manage outsourced IT support and third-party providers.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements to reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs and internal/external teams.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation; drive automation and self-service.
