Job summary

Cision, a global leader in PR and marketing intelligence, is seeking a Manager, IT Operations to lead planning, execution, and oversight of our IT environment. You will direct infrastructure, systems, applications, and end-user technologies and partner with Engineering, Information Security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable service.

You will manage teams, drive continuous improvement through automation and ITIL-based processes, and shape budgets, SLAs, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT operations, service delivery, or infrastructure management.
• Proven leadership and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, applications, and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations teams, providing direction and coaching to meet goals.
• Oversee daily operations of infrastructure, systems, applications and ITSM functions.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability through monitoring and incident response.
• Manage IT service delivery processes including incident, problem, and change management.
