Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across locations. This hands-on leader will drive reliability, security, and efficiency for employees.

You will manage networks, cloud services, Microsoft 365, identity management, and vendor relationships, while partnering with the CIO on planning, cost optimization, and strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience in operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and IT operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third-party technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of incident management, service delivery, performance measurement, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, servers, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems with third-party providers.
• Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate improvements to strengthen reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives in partnership with project management, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT support, SaaS administrators, security providers, and technology consultants.
• Establish service expectations, monitor vendor and service desk performance, and ensure timely, effective support.
