Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a Manager, IT Operations to oversee technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across multiple locations. This hands-on leader will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services that support our growing business.

The role requires strategic guidance, vendor performance management, and improvements in incident response, service delivery, and cost optimization in collaboration with the CIO and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience in operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and identity management.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third‑party vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant technical or IT service management certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems with third‑party providers.
• Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate improvements to strengthen reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives in partnership with PMs, internal teams, and external providers.
• Provide technical guidance and participate in troubleshooting and resolution when needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT support, SaaS administrators, security providers, and consultants.
