Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across its locations. You will lead a hands-on technical team, improve service delivery, and drive security and efficiency.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, including operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across locations.
• Provide oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems with third-party providers.
• Identify risks, drive improvements for reliability and scalability, and lead infrastructure initiatives.
