Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing IT projects or operations teams.
• 4+ years supporting or administering monitoring, alerting, and escalation systems.
• 4+ years of Technical Operations experience.
• 4+ years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure.
• 4+ years of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems.
• 4+ years of experience with incident management and reporting tools.
• 4+ years of experience with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• 4+ years of scripting for automating operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support for Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
• Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards to identify incidents.
• Document recurring issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
• Manage IT incidents, changes, and problem resolution processes.
• Collaborate with peers and escalate to ensure rapid restoration of service.
