Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CCNA/CCNP ITIL certifications or equivalent techn ical certifications preferred.
• Experience in complex multisite environments and enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Server Administration: Manage Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Cloud Operations: Administer AWS, Azure, and O365 workloads.
• Virtualization: Manage VMware-based environments for performance and availability.
• System Monitoring: Use SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure reliability.
• Incident Management: Lead incident resolution and meet SLAs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain network topologies and procedures.
