Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Certifications in CCNA/CCNP and ITIL are preferred for senior reliability roles.
• Experience in complex multisite enterprise environments with Windows, Linux and Unix systems.

Responsibilities

• Server administration: maintain Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Cloud operations: manage AWS, Azure, and O365 workloads.
• Virtualization: support VMware-based infrastructure for reliability and scale.
• System monitoring: use SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure performance.
• Incident management: lead resolution and meet SLAs.
• Security best practices: implement secure on-prem and cloud networking.
• Documentation: create topology maps and runbooks for troubleshooting.
