Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an IT Operations Engineer in Los Angeles, CA to support multiple customers and manage server, cloud, and networking environments. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Server Administration across Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Cloud Operations for AWS, Azure, and O365 workloads.
• Manage VMware-based virtualization environments.
• Monitor systems with SolarWinds and DataDog.
• Lead incident resolution and ensure SLAs.
• Implement security best practices for on-prem and cloud.
• Maintain detailed network documentation.
