Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience in a complex multisite environment and enterprise networks.
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, Unix, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/O365).
- Knowledge of virtualization, containerization, and DR/backup solutions.
Responsibilities
- Server Administration: Manage Windows, Linux, and Unix environments for performance.
- Cloud Operations: Administer AWS, Azure, O365 for enterprise workloads.
- Virtualization: Maintain VMware-based environments for availability.
- System Monitoring: Use SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure reliability.
- Incident Management: Lead resolution and meet SLAs.
- Security Best Practices: Implement secure networking across on-prem and cloud.
- Documentation: Create topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.
