Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an IT Network Operations Engineer for an on-site role in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The position covers 1st shift (7 AM–4 PM) with weekend/holiday work, focusing on high-availability enterprise networking across data centers and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has strong Cisco/Meraki experience, Windows/Linux/Unix, and hands-on firewall and monitoring tool expertise. On-site support will drive game-day success and infrastructure resilience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
CCNA and CCNP (or equivalent) ITIL certifications preferred.
Experience in a complex multisite enterprise environment (data centers).
Ability to work on-site and during weekends/holidays as required.

Responsibilities

System Monitoring using SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance.
Lead network-related incident resolution and SLA compliance.
Implement and support secure networking for on‑premise and cloud environments.
Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.
