The position emphasizes monitoring, incident response, and secure networking across both on‑prem and cloud environments. The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Meraki equipment, Windows/Linux/Unix, and scripting. Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP and ITIL are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CCNA/CCNP ITIL or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Experience in multisite enterprise/network operations environments.

Responsibilities

• System monitoring using SolarWinds/DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance.
• Lead network‑related incident resolution and SLA adherence; escalate as needed.
• Implement security best practices across on‑prem and cloud environments; maintain documentation and topology maps.
