Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an IT Operations Engineer for the 2nd shift onsite in Mt Laurel, NJ to support enterprise data centers and gaming-day operations. You will manage Windows/Linux/Unix, cloud platforms, and virtualization, ensuring high availability and performance of network infrastructure.

The role requires strong scripting, network troubleshooting, and incident leadership, with weekend and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CCNA/CCNP and ITIL or cloud certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide game-day support on major holidays when games are played.
• Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and Unix servers for optimal performance.
• Administer AWS, Azure, O365 and VMware for enterprise workloads and virtualization.
• Manage Cisco Nexus/Arista/Meraki networks and related devices.
• Lead incident resolution and ensure SLAs are met.
• Implement security best practices for on-premise and cloud environments.
• Create and maintain detailed network topology and troubleshooting procedures.
