Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Server Administration: Manage Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Cloud Operations: Administer AWS, Azure, O365 for enterprise workloads.
• Virtualization: Manage VMware-based environments for performance and availability.
• System Monitoring: Use SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure reliability.
• Incident Management: Lead network-related incident resolution with SLA adherence.
• Security: Implement secure networking in on-prem and cloud.
• Documentation: Maintain topology maps and procedures.
