Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an IT Network Operations Engineer to support enterprise data centers for a major US sports league. The role focuses on high availability, incident resolution, and collaboration across server and cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on on-prem and cloud networking.

Located onsite in Mt Laurel NJ, 1st shift, you will monitor networks with SolarWinds and DataDog, manage incidents, implement security best practices, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure game-day

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CCNA/CCNP ITIL or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Experience in a multisite, complex environment with game-day impact is a plus.

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Use SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure reliability and performance.
• Incident Management: Lead network-related incident resolution, meet SLAs, escalate when needed.
• Security Best Practices: Implement secure networking in on-prem and cloud environments.
• Documentation: Create and maintain topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.
