Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CCNA/CCNP ITIL or equivalents preferred.
• Experience in multisite, complex networks and data centers.

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Leverage SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance.
• Incident Management: Lead network-related incident resolution, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Security Best Practices: Implement and support secure networking solutions for on-premise and cloud environments.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.
