Job summary

The successful candidate will monitor systems, manage inventory, and assist with deployment and problem resolution in a public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of information technology experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience as described in the minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide support for various system servers, printers, and hardware.
• Install and utilize system tools for tracking and support of system activity.
• Coordinate and communicate with SSA, LDH, and HP support as needed.
• Set up and configure all DDS equipment and networks.
• Provide troubleshooting of hardware problems and provide analysis of findings to management.
• Initiate and coordinate replacement of obsolete equipment and disposal of network components.
• Design and support databases, spreadsheets, and templates as needed.
• Maintain a current inventory database of all equipment, users, and network cabling.
• Oversee IT activities during new hires, terminations, and user changes with necessary clearances.
