Qualifications

• Three years of experience in information technology, OR
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus one year in information technology, OR
• An associate's degree in information technology plus one year of IT experience, OR
• A bachelor’s degree plus one year of information technology experience, OR
• A bachelor’s degree with 24 semester hours in IT/CS/engineering/mathematics/business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support system servers, printers, and hardware.
• Install and utilize system tools for tracking and support of system activity.
• Coordinate and communicate with SSA, LDH, and HP support as needed.
• Set up and configure all DDS equipment and networks.
• Provide troubleshooting of hardware problems and analysis to management.
• Initiate and coordinate replacement of obsolete equipment and disposal of network components.
• Design and support databases, spreadsheets, and templates as needed.
• Maintain an inventory database of equipment, users, and network cabling.
• Oversee IT onboarding, termination, and user changes and clearances.
