Job summary

ReadyLIFT, a leading automotive aftermarket company, seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead day-to-day technology across Utah and California sites. You will maintain reliable infrastructure, drive cybersecurity, and optimize ERP, EDI, and WMS while supporting manufacturing and logistics teams.

From strategic roadmaps to hands-on troubleshooting, you will partner with leadership to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions and coach a capable IT team, ensuring cost-effective

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
5+ years of progressive IT experience, including leading IT operations, projects, or technical teams.
5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems and enterprise applications.
Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, end-user computing, and enterprise applications.
Experience supporting technology within manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or similar operational environments.
Working knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain technologies, including MRP, EDI, warehouse management systems, materials planning and control, and transportation management systems.
Experience managing application development, systems implementation, integration, or other technology projects.
Ability to work effectively across multiple technology platforms and operating systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects across multiple locations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, from production and warehouse teams to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage IT roadmap across locations, aligning technology priorities with operational and business needs.
Oversee core systems: ERP, EDI, e-commerce, WMS, and Microsoft 365.
Maintain IT infrastructure across two Utah locations and one California location.
Lead cybersecurity, data protection, backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices.
Evaluate and implement new systems and integrations for growth and efficiency.
Build secure integrations and communication platforms across EDI, supplier portals, and internal systems.
Partner with leaders to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.
Lead IT team, promote service quality, accountability, and cost-efficient solutions.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, hardware and software requirements, and purchasing.
Establish IT documentation, standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide hands-on support for critical issues when needed.
