Wilcox + Flegel is seeking an IT Manager to lead our IT department, oversee operations across multiple sites, and partner with MSPs to align with strategic goals. The role emphasizes security, ERP integration, and proactive technology leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, team leadership, and a track record of delivering technology-driven business value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field plus 5 years IT management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and internal solution optimization.
• Proven multi-location IT infrastructure management and vendor/MSP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads a high-performing IT team across multiple locations.
• Oversees day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and security.
• Manages MSP relationships, SLAs, and IT roadmap development.
• Plans and executes IT projects including upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and disaster recovery planning.
