Job summary

Motive Workforce is partnering with a growing advanced manufacturing organization to hire an IT Infrastructure Manager who will own enterprise infrastructure design, reliability, and service delivery as the leader of the infrastructure team.

This role supports multi-site operations across manufacturing, aerospace, defense, electrification, energy, medical, and robotics, driving standards, incident response, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the infrastructure team
• Set team priorities, manage performance, support development, and build a service-focused culture
• Oversee infrastructure operations, processes, escalations, and service delivery
• Lead critical incident response and post-incident improvements
• Design and approve infrastructure architecture that supports business growth
• Drive infrastructure projects from design and testing through implementation and support
• Establish and maintain standards, metrics, SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
• Improve systems, processes, and end-user experience through data and feedback
• Support IT planning, budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and compliance requirements
