A distributed team reports through this role, with local IT Managers at each site. Responsibilities include KPI-driven performance, cross-site collaboration, and ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (Master's degree is a plus).
• 8-10 years of IT management experience, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Expert knowledge of NIST 800-171 and CMMC frameworks for government and contract compliance.
• Hands-on proficiency in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Drive uniform IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites by developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures.
• Lead complex IT projects across all sites, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, on-time completion, and adherence to quality standards.
• Set and track KPIs to assess IT performance across sites, focusing on uptime, system efficiency, and security compliance.
• Oversee budgets, licensing compliance, and strategic resource allocation.
