Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a Compliance Analyst within the Office of IT Hygiene to drive visibility into adoption, maturity, and effectiveness of hygiene initiatives. The role partners with IT and business leaders to assess adherence to policies, identify risks, and support continuous improvement of IT Hygiene governance through durable reporting, dashboards, and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of IT compliance, governance, analytics, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards or reports with Power BI, Excel, or ServiceNow analytics.
• Familiar with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and audit processes in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize reporting: Design and facilitate sustainable reporting mechanisms that measure adoption, maturity, and value realization for IT Hygiene initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Jira is a must-have for this role, and ServiceNow experience is required. The ideal candidate should act as a Process SME and have experience defining, implementing, and maturing operating models while ensuring consistent adherence to established processes, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
• Assess compliance performance: Collaborate with IT leaders and initiative owners to evaluate compliance with Hygiene policies, standards, and metrics.
• Identify non-compliance and trends: Detect and document instances of non-compliance, negative trends, or emerging risks, and share insights with leadership for corrective action.
• Deliver regular reporting: Produce and distribute monthly compliance and performance reports to leadership, ensuring transparency into progress and gaps.
• Analyze performance patterns: Investigate and communicate drivers behind unusual performance across teams or domains, enabling data-driven decision making.
• Recommend policy improvements: Provide actionable recommendations to refine IT Hygiene policies and measures to better align with organizational goals.
• Support cross-functional alignment: Work closely with other compliance, risk, and governance teams to ensure consistent interpretation and application of IT Hygiene standards.
