Job summary

InfoVision Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst, Compliance to help enforce IT Hygiene policies and governance. The role focuses on reporting adoption, maturity, and value, partnering with IT and business leaders to assess adherence and drive continuous improvement.

The analyst will design durable reporting, document non-compliance trends, and deliver monthly updates to leadership, while supporting cross-functional alignment on standards and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, business, data analytics or related field.
• 6–10 years IT compliance, governance or analytics experience.
• Experience building dashboards/reports in Power BI, Excel, ServiceNow PA/Platform Analytics.
• Familiarity with ITIL/COBIT and audits in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize reporting to measure adoption, maturity and value realization.
• Collaborate with IT leaders to evaluate compliance with Hygiene policies and metrics.
• Identify non-compliance and rising risks for leadership action.
• Produce monthly compliance and performance reports for leadership transparency.
• Investigate performance drivers to support data-driven decisions.
• Recommend policy improvements to align IT Hygiene with goals.
