Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Technical Process Analyst to join our client’s Office of IT Hygiene in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on improving IT health, governance, risk, and compliance by creating compliance assessments, OKRs, intake forms, and periodic reporting to leadership.

The ideal candidate will own processes and initiatives for IT governance and have experience building dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI or ServiceNow Performance Analytics, plus strong analytical

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, data analytics or related field.
4+ years in IT compliance, governance, analytics or related functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data sets.
Experience building dashboards/reports with SQL/Power BI/Excel/ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Develop and operationalize reporting to measure IT hygiene adoption, maturity and value realization.
Assess compliance performance with hygiene policies, standards and metrics.
Identify non-compliance trends and share insights with IT Hygiene leadership.
Deliver monthly compliance and performance reports to leadership.
Analyze performance drivers across teams for data-driven decisions.
Recommend policy improvements to IT Hygiene measures and goals.
Collaborate with risk and governance teams for consistent interpretations.
