Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking a Compliance Analyst to advance IT Hygiene governance through durable reporting and analytics. You will partner with IT and business leaders to assess policy adherence, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement in IT hygiene performance across the enterprise.

The role requires expertise in Jira and ServiceNow, strong analytical skills, and experience building dashboards with Power BI and Excel to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, data analytics, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, analytics, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience building dashboards/reports with Power BI, Excel, or ServiceNow analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize reporting to measure adoption, maturity, and value realization for IT Hygiene initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT leaders to evaluate adherence to Hygiene policies, standards, and metrics.
• Identify non-compliance and trends; document issues and share insights with leadership.
• Deliver monthly compliance and performance reports to leadership with transparency on progress and gaps.
• Analyze performance patterns to explain drivers of strong or weak team performance.
• Recommend policy improvements to refine IT Hygiene policies and measures.
• Support cross-functional alignment with other compliance, risk, and governance teams.
