Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in detailed and precise operational IT functions.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, DNS, DHCP, AD, IIS, MS Exchange, TCP/IP, Sharepoint.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for internal and external communication to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Schedule and complete installations, patches and upgrades.
• Perform on-the-spot client/server maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Application support and troubleshooting of MS Windows platforms.
• Provide user support in the installation, setup and maintenance of MS Office Application Suite and its components.
• Be part of a call-out schedule to provide troubleshooting and resolution activities remotely and on-site.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures and methodologies.
• Collaborate with development and support staff to maintain knowledge of product capabilities and ensure precise communications.
