Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT support professional to assist with computer systems, software and hardware. You will train users, maintain daily system performance, and repair workstations and servers.

The role requires effective communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work well in a team. Some travel and shift variability may be required, with a strong emphasis on reliability.

Qualifications

• Evidence of reliable attendance.
• A+ / Network+ / Security+ certifications preferred but not required.
• 1 year in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Must be available for varying shifts and travel as needed.
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Train computer users on basic system usage.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Install, modify, clean up, and repair hardware, software, workstations and servers.
• Run diagnostics to identify and resolve problems.
