Newsletter Jobs is seeking a Help Desk Representative for a permanent on-site role in Wisconsin. You will serve as the internal face of IT, delivering patient, friendly, hands-on support to 200+ end users across the corporate office and remote sites.

Responsibilities include provisioning for new hires and departures, configuring Microsoft 365 accounts, deploying workstations, and coordinating with the MSP to optimize infrastructure and security while reducing costs.

Qualifications

• > Experience handling Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks.
• > Understanding of identity and access management.
• > Familiarity with hardware deployment and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• > Serve as the internal face of IT with 200+ end users across office and remote sites.
• > Own provisioning for new hires and terminations, including Microsoft 365 setup and file server access.
• > Order, configure, and deploy workstations and peripherals for staff.
• > Manage relationship with MSP for infrastructure, firewall, server, and escalated support.
• > Administer Microsoft 365 licensing and end-user accounts.
• > Provide input on security posture and cost optimization.
• > Assess opportunities to bring MSP workloads in-house to improve response and reduce cost.
