TEKsystems in Madison, WI is seeking Help Desk Support Specialists to join a high-volume service desk and provide first-level IT support to employees and external users. You will resolve common IT issues, assist with account access, and document incidents to ensure timely resolution.

The role offers a hybrid schedule in Madison, WI following training, with hours 4pm to 12:30am, Monday through Friday. This contract position emphasizes strong customer service and basic troubleshooting skills.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience in a call center or high-volume support environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn new applications and technologies.
• Preferred IT help desk or technical call center experience.
• Experience with account access, password resets, or software applications.
• IT certifications or education.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, including password resets, account access, and application support.
• Research technical problems, identify solutions, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Document, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting a diverse user base.
• Follow established procedures and support documentation to resolve common technical issues.
• Identify recurring issues and trends to help improve service delivery.
