Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a Help Desk Technician to provide front-line IT support in a hybrid role based in Oconomowoc, WI.

You will support Office 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; manage user accounts; and assist with desktop/laptop hardware, video conferencing, and basic network issues.

Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork are essential as you help maintain security patches and assist end users in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced IT degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting a hybrid remote and in-office workforce.
• Excellent knowledge of laptops, Windows 11, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT support for all Menasha locations (hardware, systems, teleconferencing, etc.).
• Supports collaboration environments (O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Acts as mentor to peers and shares technical knowledge.
• Maintains high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Identifies and deploys security patches and antivirus definitions.
