Blattner is seeking an IT Helpdesk role in Avon, NY, delivering end-user support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and software. You will log tickets with detailed steps and assist with patches and updates as needed.

The candidate pursues a two-year IT degree, with preference for prior ticketing system experience; on-site benefits include health and retirement options and on-site gym facilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a two-year post-secondary degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with a ticketing system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for helpdesk calls across the end user environment.
• Monitor helpdesk email, tickets and phone line to provide end user IT support and resolution.
• Coordinate day-to-day help desk ticketing and work with IT staff to provide end user solutions.
• Strive for first call resolution and assist with user onboarding and AD account setup.
