Job summary

KeyCorp in Brooklyn, OH is seeking a Desktop Support Internship to assist our IT operations across corporate, campus and data center locations. You will install, support, and maintain desktop applications, troubleshoot hardware and software, and provide high-quality service to internal clients while adhering to SLA.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in Computer Science or business, or has related work experience; strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Computer Science and/or business course work, or already holding a degree in computer science or business.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced IT environment.
• Experience with supporting desktop hardware and software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the support of KeyCorp’s computer platforms at corporate, campus and data center locations.
• Provide support on single projects and initiatives within scope, budget and timeline.
• Track corporate IT assets throughout computer lifecycle.
• Install, support, and maintain desktop applications.
• Provision applications using SCCM and troubleshoot desktop OS.
