Job summary

Blattner, based in Avon, Minnesota, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support specialist to provide end-user desktop and software support, handle tickets, and assist with patches and software updates. This role serves as the primary IT contact for the end-user environment and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You will monitor tickets and emails, coordinate day-to-day help desk operations, and strive for first-call resolutions.

Qualifications

Pursuing a two-year degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience with helpdesk software or ticketing systems preferred.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary IT contact for helpdesk support calls across the end-user environment.
Monitor helpdesk email, tickets & phone line and provide IT support and resolution to end users via the phone.
Coordinate day to day help desk ticketing system and work with IT staff to provide end user solutions.
Strive to provide first call resolution for all end users; assist with onboarding and offboarding including AD user account setup and device configuration.
