Blattner Company in Avon, Minnesota, is seeking an entry-level IT helpdesk specialist to provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and software. You will log tickets with detailed troubleshooting steps.

As the primary IT contact for helpdesk calls, you will monitor email, tickets and phone lines, resolve issues by phone, and coordinate day-to-day ticketing with IT staff to deliver end-user solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or possessing a two-year IT-related degree.
• Experience with end-user IT support and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to document troubleshooting steps clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for helpdesk support calls.
• Monitor helpdesk email, tickets and phone line and provide resolutions by phone.
• Coordinate day-to-day help desk ticketing with IT staff to deliver end-user solutions.
• Strive for first call resolution for all end users.
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding including AD accounts and device configuration.
