Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a guest-focused IT support associate to assist and maintain desktop platforms at corporate, campus, and data center locations. You will install, support, and update applications, manage SCCM provisioning, and ensure tickets are resolved with a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science and/or business coursework, or already holding a CS/business degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact well with technical and non-technical staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Key’s computer platforms at corporate, campus and data center locations.
• Handle assigned tickets and ensure completion within SLA.
• Install, support, and maintain desktop applications on Windows and macOS.
• Provision applications using SCCM.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal clients.
• Document work clearly and keep the team informed.
