Job summary
Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a detail-oriented IT Hardware Depot Technician (Level 1) to support asset management, imaging, shipping/receiving, and basic hardware troubleshooting in a fast-paced depot.
You will maintain inventory, perform imaging, configure devices, verify quality, and help keep operations running smoothly for Windows and Apple systems.
The role offers hands-on technical work with opportunities for growth within a global IT services provider.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of corporate desk-side, depot, or hardware support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and replacing components on Windows/Apple devices.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
- Knowledge of AD, VPN, and basic printer hardware support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and accessories.
- Imaging, configuring, testing, and validating devices prior to shipment.
- Receive shipments, package, ship, and track hardware to end users.
- Diagnose and repair basic hardware issues and provide break/fix support.
