Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows OS in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows devices.
• Image and reimage PCs using SCCM/Intune.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Provide on-site deskside IT support at client locations as needed.
